2. Why do you want to be the leader of this specific organization? (List 3 reasons):
2.1 I want to be leader of this organisation as i have been in RP projects for many years now and gained loads of experience in both state and crime orgs. Ballas was the first org i joined when i first came to crime side so i have a bit of a soft spot for it.
2.2 I also want to be leader of this organisation because i have know Ballas to be a really powerful organisation since i came to RP projects and i wish to continue that legacy on and build a bigger reputation for the gang.
2.3 I also want to be leader of this organisation because i can get loads of members to come to my organisation and have a really successful term. I believe with my strong choice of deputies and HCs it would be really successful and really enjoyable term.
3. How would you Improve Roleplay for This organization and for the city? (List three ways):
3.1 I would make sure there is no toxicity in my organisation and make sure everything is delt with properly
3.2 I would make sure that we are consistently doing store robberies, hostage situations etc to show that we are extremely active.
3.3 I would also promote the gang by making sure we are attending all events and showing our activity.
4. Write a personal character Biography about your player (minimum 1 paragraph)
Josh Mandem grew up in another city. A extremely toxic city where everyone was negative about one another. He tried many times in that city to do good by the people and the LEOs how ever it just wasnt enough to work in his favour. He became state judges many times with the plan of Justice in mind, arrest corrupt cops, prosecute people breaking the law, fix the legislation. However it was just to much. He turned to a life of crime and even became deputy of many gangs and started building up a massive reputation for himself in illegal orgs. When coming to this city he tried turning his life around but unfortunately had that crave for committing crime again, he just couldn't stay away from it.
