- Introduce the system of trading, advertisement in the city and maintain the organization professionalism according to the internal policies.
- Create exciting events, news reports and shows with help of the organization and support of every individuals and create a space for opportunities for everyone.

- Create opportunities for everyone and giving fair chance to all for building the organization from scratch.
- Maintaining proper and strict policies internally so there is an active involvement into the organization.
- Maintaining proper HR and discipline to help everyone to learn and also to keep the roleplay in a proper flow.

- Razwad Rogue is a person who somehow turns every normal situation into a suspicious story worth telling at gatherings. Officially, he claims his speciality is, 'chaos, comedy and questionable decisions', in reality the questionable decisions play the most. Unofficially nobody has managed to disprove it. He is known among his friends as the guy who says "watch this" right before things go slightly wrong. Razwad has built a reputation for being overqualified in confidence and underqualified in consequences. He treats life like an unsupervised group project and somehow walks away from every disaster looking well-dressed and oddly proud. If there is a shortcut, he will obviously take it since he is lazy as well. Despite all the laziness and flags on him, people still keep him around because life is noticeably more entertaining whenever Razwad Rogue is around. Last but not the least, even with all the questionable qualities, Razwad Rogue is encouraged to lead a faction and also to create a friendly environment around him so everyone can enjoy, have a great time and make stories of their own as well.
