Transporting prisoner to DOC and then he suddenly is no longer in my car.

I take full responsibility for f8'ing, and will take the punishment. However, you can see from the full video, his intentions to keep me as long as possible, even driving to the jail, to drive away from it and stop somewhere, continuing to waffle at me. I've had zero interaction with this person before, so was kinda weird he was going out of his way to do that.
