1. Which organization are you applying to lead?
FIB
2. Why do you want to become the leader of this organization?
(Please provide at least three reasons.)
The first reason is that I’ve been in law enforcement since I joined Libra. It’s the side of roleplay I’ve always enjoyed the most, and it’s something I’ve taken seriously from day one.
Second, I’m currently the Head of Department for the Undercover Division within the FIB. That position has given me experience with leadership, training, investigations, and working alongside other departments. I’ve learned what it takes to keep an organization running smoothly while still making roleplay enjoyable for everyone involved.
Finally, I want to continue building on what the current leadership has established. FIB has earned a strong reputation in the city, and I’d like the opportunity to continue that by creating quality investigations, encouraging teamwork, and making sure every member has the chance to improve and contribute.
3. What makes you the best candidate for this position?
I believe my experience, activity, and understanding of the organization make me a strong candidate. I’ve already been trusted with a leadership role inside FIB, so I understand how the department operates and what is expected from its members. I stay level-headed when making decisions, I’m approachable, and I believe in treating everyone fairly. My goal would be to keep FIB one of the most respected organizations in the city while creating roleplay that people actually enjoy being part of.
4. How would you improve roleplay within this organization and across the city?
(Please provide at least three ideas.)
• I would continue holding agents to a high roleplay standard by focusing on professionalism, realistic investigations, and quality interactions with civilians and criminals.
• I would organize nightly events and operations during slower hours to keep players active and give people more opportunities for meaningful roleplay.
• I would create a structured recruitment and interview process with clear expectations so everyone has a fair opportunity to earn a position in FIB through effort and roleplay rather than connections.
• I would also encourage more joint operations with other law enforcement agencies and create larger city-wide scenarios that involve both civilian and criminal organizations, giving everyone something to participate in.
5. What are your goals for this organization during your leadership term?
My goal is to continue the strong foundation and legacy Director Mike West has built while also bringing in new ideas that keep the organization moving forward. I want FIB to be known for professionalism, fairness, and high-quality investigations. I also want every member to feel like they have opportunities to grow within the organization while helping create a safer and more engaging city for everyone.
6. What events or activities would you organize to increase roleplay and player engagement?
I would continue successful events that players already enjoy, such as Black Market investigations, gang raids, and our nightly Insurgent event. On top of that, I’d regularly ask the community for feedback on new event ideas so we can keep roleplay fresh and interesting. I’d also like to organize larger investigations that build over several days instead of everything being completed in one scene, giving both criminals and law enforcement more opportunities to create memorable roleplay.
