2. Why do you want to be the leader of this specific organization?
- I Believe my knowledge and experience working in Criminal Justice will be a great asset to have as a governor.
- I want to Uphold Fair and good quality roleplay for all citizens and LEOs alike.
- I want to help with the DOJ make our legislation and pedal code more defined and protective of our citizens rights.
- I am currently Governments Longest serving Official in the city serving as Vice Governor Of San Andreas and before that as Chief Of Staff.
3. What makes you the best candidate for this position?
I believe I am the best Candidate for Governor because I have been with Government for two months and I have seen the issues first hand and intent to fix these issues. Such as Writing handbooks for each department so everyone is on the same page and know what their job entails. Holding training with new members of government whether that's shadowing cells calls for Law students and New Attorneys or mock trails at the Court House. I believe my ability and understanding of how Criminal Justice works as well as serving as Vice Governor I have learnt what it takes to lead and adapt to new problems that may arise during my term (If accepted)
4. How would you Improve Roleplay for This organization and for the city?
- I would improve the quality of Roleplay by having Departments in Government clearly defined with detailed handbooks which would bring new members.
- I would fix the issue of Government Employees being paid less then other organizations which in turn will push people to maintain higher quality roleplay and actually want to be on duty.
- I would fix the legislation so its clearly defined and benefits all Citizens and making sure its actually enforced by working together with other organizations so we can be on the same page.
- I want to host events so it brings more engagement to both the Capitol and Courthouse Areas such as big public trails to show off our Attorneys and restore Public Faith in our justice System.
- I want to host interdepartmental trainings to help improve how we treat High risk operations and invite
5.What are your goals for this organization during your leadership term?
My Goals during this term if given the chance are simple:
- Restore Public trust in the government
- Work with other departments including EMS
- Rebuild the DOJ with New Documents and recruitment drive.
- Finish off the Secret State Service Handbook we've been trailing.
- Have more Public Events such as Car shows, raffles etc..
