- Emergency Medical Service (EMS)
2. Why do you want to become the leader of this organization?
I want to become the EMS Leader because I like medical roleplay and I think I can manage the department well. I've seen situations where EMS could be more active and organized, and I'd like to help improve that. If I'm given the chance I will focus on keeping the team active training new members responding to calls quickly and making sure everyone treats players with respect I also want to create a positive environment where EMS members enjoy being part of the department and provide good roleplay for the whole city

3. What makes you the best candidate for this position?
There is following reason to select for this position
1. I am a good responder & quick learner
2. I have exp of rp from last 2 years
3. My experiences of EMS in other cities : in En 1 HOD (25) 3x
EN 2 COS (27) 2x
I joined EMS in libra and learned all things and gained experience in libra also which make me good to apply for that position
4. How would you improve roleplay within this organization and across the city?
(Please provide at least three ideas)
1. I will train EMS members regularly so they know how to handle medical situations and provide better roleplay.
2. I will work with SAPF FIB and other organizations to make accidents, emergencies and city events more realistic.
3. I will keep EMS active by responding to calls quickly and organizing medical events for the citys players.
5. What are your goals for this organization during your leadership term?
My goals as Leader are:
1. Build an active and disciplined EMS team.
2. Improve response time so players don't have to wait long for medical help.
3. Create better environment in the EMS so everyone like it to work
4. To complete a successful term with lots of memories and with some new friends in the city
6. What events or activities would you organize to increase roleplay and player engagement?
Events & Activities are:
1. Daily with some crazy events like cycle race and running race to promote healthy life in the city
2. I would organize first aid and medical training events for civilians.
3. I would hold EMS recruitment and training sessions to keep the department active.
