5. Average time online per day?: 5-6
6. In game name? Byron Bladestorm
7: Your ID In-Game?: 261
8: In-Game Level: 16
1. Which organization are you applying to lead? San Andreas Police Force
2. Why do you want to become the leader of this organization?
1: Having spent a now significant time as a command level officer within the now SAPF and often being the highest person on duty. I feel its time to apply myself by taking the next step and being the overall leader where the decisions and consequences of them will be mine in order to test myself for future leadership of a organisation I have more experience in.
2: Since joining the former LSPD in the early days of this server. I have gained more experience and have a better understanding of the job compared to when I last applied for leadership and feel I am now in a position to improve professionalism and conduct of the members of the SAPF .
3: Like my previous application for the then LSPD. I want to challenge myself by stepping outside my comfort zone and taking up a new challenge in a org that I am still gaining experience in for the benefit of myself and the members.
3. What makes you the best candidate for this position? I have been in the former LSPD now SAPF for three terms and have have held a command level rank since the first along with holding command level ranks during multiple terms in both the National Guard and Government in another city. I have over 20 years of roleplay experience and knowledge.
4. How would you improve roleplay within this organization and across the city?
1: Building on what I said about professionalism and conduct. The goal of my leadership will be for all members to embody the role of a police officer by using the correct terminology over the radio, wearing the correct uniform when on duty. All of which will be the responsibility of those in leadership roles to teach and mentor on in order to minimise unprofessionalism when interacting with members of the public. (Please note that I am not saying I'm going to remove the fun aspects. I'm simply saying that the members should know when its appropriate and when its not.)
2: I will make training a priority so that when members turn upto a situation(scripted and non-scripted events) such as a Bank Heist, Gun/24/7 Store robberies and Hostage situations. They will know how to act and where to go on instinct without needing to be told more than once. For example they will know where to place barricades and where to move to in order to gain either a advantage or a observation point.
3: I will also improve relations with the other orgs through joint training exercises and exchange programs where members from each will spend a couple of days in the other orgs to gain a better understanding and improve cohesion between them. Improving shared information in order to remove any feelings of one org being superior to another will also be a priority.
5. What are your goals for this organization during your leadership term? My main goal is to make the SAPF a professional and trusted organisation within the city. My second goal is to make the SAPF a place where people can learn, develop and engage with each other, taking the knowledge and skills they gain and using them to help newer players as they themselves move up in rank and become more seasoned.
6. What events or activities would you organize to increase roleplay and player engagement? At the time of writing this I can honestly say I can't think of any new events or activities I could organise SAPF wise. But in general and this is something I was going to bring up at the next Town Hall meeting. There are a set of what seem like Toll Booths on both Great Ocean Highway two of which are just after Chumash and one before the Casino on DOC Highway. So I was thinking that using specific locations along the route such as the entrance to the Lumber Yard and Gas Stations 13 and 14 as makers, we could have a Time-Trial for both cars and motorbikes with the fastest three times getting a prize.

Characteristics: A very Intriguing person, Complex and Puzzling like a Rubik Cube Multi-Faceted.
Physical Features: Tall, well built, physically imposing half Asian male with a kind face, thoughtful eyes and a warm heart.

Scent: Varies from Joop Original and Go, Diesel Only The Brave, Paco Rabanne Invictus, Jean Paul Gaultier Le Male Elixir.
Background: Born in Hexham, Northumberland in the United Kingdom to an English Mother and a Malaysian/Chinese/Japanese Father and brought up by his mother and grandparents due to his father never being there.
Was bullied in school due to his cross heritage which only made him more determined and driven but had a happy childhood regardless growing up in a loving household surrounded by supportive people.
Joined the Air Training Corps during his high school days and went on to join the Royal Air Force as a Pilot a week after his 19th birthday after getting a 2-1 in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering.
Spent ten years as a pilot until a night landing in bad weather caused him to crash his fighter which left him in a two month coma and shook his confidence in flying (though he would later return to the cockpit two years later) he decided he wasn't ready to become a civilian and applied to become a Royal Marine after he was well enough.
Finding his time in the Royal Marines an enjoyable one, throwing himself fully into the job and being posted to aswell as present in many of the major conflicts throughout the world.
It was during this time during a exchange with the US Marine Corps that gave him the chance to put the nightmares of the crash behind him and overcome his fears and return to the cockpit of a fighter jet, that being the McDonnell Douglas AV-8B Harrier II of the USMC, an American version of the aeroplane he crashed.
Going up in a two seater trainer with an instructor to regain the feel of the controls, he was later handed the controls himself after feeling his confidence grow and his past experience returning, he showed both the instructor and those watching from the ground why the pilots of his former squadron called him "Diablos".
After flirting with the idea of accepting permanent exchange position with the USMC, only turning it down when his mother had a brush with cancer (Though she made a full recovery) he returned to the UK where after his superiors heard of the successful exchange and overcoming his fears of the crash that grounded him, pulled some strings to allow him to train as a Reserve Naval Pilot while remaining on active service with the Royal Marines, a position he relished as it allowed him to fly while posted to Navy ships.
Spending a further five years within the British Forces, he began to become disillusioned with the top brass's willingness to accept the Governments proposed cutting of manpower particularly in a time of conflict and a festering civil unrest from the increased numbers of immigrants, he took earlier retirement from the military after achieving the rank of Major.
Its around this time that his mother's cancer unexpectedly returned and after a year and a half battle she unfortunately died which caused him to spiral into a deep depression which took him a further six months to return from.
After settling up financially he moved to the US to start a new, taking and job in the Private Security Industry and spending a short time doing that, he quit his job and decided to travel the country, something he always wanted to do which eventually brought him to the city of Resurgence where he once again worked in Security before eventually applying for American Citizenship and gaining it.
After becoming a US Citizen he joined the US Army as a Officer with the rank of Major working hard and gaining both recognition and promotion over the next 17 years eventually reaching the rank of General.
