1. I have previous SAPF experience and understand the department's responsibilities, structure, and standards.
2. I want to build an active, disciplined, and professional organization that focuses on high-quality roleplay instead of just making arrests.
3. I want to improve cooperation between SAPF, Government, EMS, FIB, and other state organizations while maintaining fairness and professionalism.
3. What makes you the best candidate for this position?
I have experience in both legal and illegal factions, which helps me understand roleplay from different perspectives. My previous SAPF experience, EMS experience, and gang experience have taught me leadership, teamwork, communication, and decision-making. I remain calm under pressure, follow server rules, and always try to create enjoyable roleplay for everyone rather than focusing only on winning situations.
4. How would you improve roleplay within this organization and across the city?
1. Organize regular academy training sessions covering traffic stops, pursuits, investigations, and server rules.
2. Increase cooperation with Government, EMS, FIB, and other organizations through joint operations and realistic roleplay scenarios.
3. Improve Internal Affairs standards by ensuring professionalism, accountability, and fair treatment of both officers and civilians.
4. Encourage patrols, community interaction, and realistic law enforcement instead of remaining inactive at headquarters.
