Rejected.

Not powergaming. He did what he is supposed to do. He did not shoot you, or tase you, he saw you commiting a crime, and placed you in handcuffs. There is no obligation to wait for you to finishing drilling the ATM to put you in cuffs. That would not make sense, he did not let you finish as there is no need to, he caught you in the act of a crime. If he would have let you finish, you could have pulled a weapon out and shot at him, he prevented you from potentially putting his life in danger. Also, if a longer POV proved that someone from your criminal org/clan or someone to help prevent you from being arrested on the way to DOC, you would have received MG yourself, as it was clear in your POV that you told someone (not in game chat) your exact location.​
