1. Which organization are you applying to lead?
9.1 Government
- . Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
2.1 I been part of the City for a long period of time, not only working with Government but as well many others Legal organizations. I starting at the bottom of the chain working my way up to reaching High Command and I can say have great understanding of structure, clean operations, rules and responsibilities that comes with being part of a Organization.
2.2 I want to be able to become a example for any future leader not only to show that am able to run and have a successful term but as well be able to showcase my knowledge and help others
2.3 Government plays a very important role in this city I want to help people to understand that Government is great that its more then just helping others, to make people like and enjoy their time working in this organization is a very heavy duty to do so and I'm willing and capable to become the fit lead that it needs to run a successful term.
3. What makes you the best candidate for this position?
3.1 I believe I am the best candidate for this position because I already have experience in leadership positions from other cities. I know how to lead people, make decisions, and work with different organizations to keep the city active and peaceful.
3.2 Also, I already have a group of people who are ready to come and work with me in the Government. We are prepared to work together, keep the Government active, and help the citizens and Leos with their problems. I will not be working alone, as I already have people who trust my leadership and are ready to support me.
3.3 I believe that with my experience, leadership skills, and the team I already have, I can make a strong Government and do my best for the citizens And Leos
How would you improve roleplay within this organization and across the city?
4.1 I will prioritize and maintain the levels of activity across all shifts and ranks in particular focus the improvement of the Night Shift since it tends to be very low, to reach this goal every member will be encourage to give their full effort towards our goals as Organization.
4.2 I want to make sure that every member that will be hired as a high command have past experience and they are knowledgeable to be capable to handle any situation that presents in front of them. I want to control favoritisms withing the ORG and not just give positions to anyone, I need a good structure to be able to have a good team work and a healthy work environment avoiding at all cost unnecessary toxicity.
4.3 I believe Creating a better work environment and having a good RP (Following the Rules & Guidelines) the org will show immediate progress, I want for everyone to enjoy and experience Government with a different positive perspective.5. What are your goals for this organization during your leadership term?
5.1 My goal is to build a strong, active, and well-organized Government with the team I already have ready to work with me. I want to create good roleplay, help both citizens and LEOs, maintain a professional structure, and make sure every member enjoys their time in the organization while working together to make the city more active and peaceful.6. What events or activities would you organize to increase roleplay and player engagement?
6.1 I would organize official inspections of different organizations, special Government missions involving other organizations, and City Council meetings or debates about important city matters. For the citizens, I would also organize car meets, public events, competitions, and other activities to keep everyone engaged and increase roleplay across the city.
