The player complies with the demands while being robbed (as shown in the POV he is dropping items), then you tell him to run for his life, and he does so, once again following demands and fearing for his life. If this POV showed you actually killing him right after he followed your demands, you yourself would be punished for CR 1.11, but it doesn't show you killing him in your POV.
