The suspect was actively robbing a house when officers attempted to detain him. the suspect combat logged to avoid the RP scenario. He was then placed on the wanted list, and his location was later pinged in a parking lot. When officers located him again, the suspect fled the scene in a vehicle. I shot his tires in an attempt to stop the pursuit, and as I turned the corner, the suspect combat logged a second time.
