1. Which organization are you applying to lead?

FIB

2. Why do you want to become the leader of this organization?

(Please provide at least three reasons.)

There are several reasons why I want to take on the responsibility of leading FIB.

First, law enforcement has always been the part of roleplay I have enjoyed the most. Ever since I joined Libra, I have spent a significant amount of my time involved in law enforcement, and it is an area I have always taken seriously. I enjoy the responsibility, teamwork, and situations that come with being part of an agency like FIB.

Second, I currently serve as the Head of Department for the Undercover Division within FIB. This position has allowed me to develop my leadership skills while gaining experience in training members, handling investigations, making decisions, and cooperating with other departments. It has also given me a better understanding of what is required to keep an organization active, organized, and enjoyable for its members.

Lastly, I want to build upon the work that the current leadership has already put into FIB. The organization has established a strong reputation, and I believe there is still plenty of potential to take it further. I want to create more opportunities for quality investigations, teamwork, and long-term roleplay while helping members develop and progress within the organization.

3. What makes you the best candidate for this position?

I believe I am a strong candidate because I already have experience within FIB and have demonstrated that I can handle responsibility and leadership. My current position has given me a clear understanding of the organization's structure, expectations, and day-to-day operations.

I consider myself calm and reasonable when making decisions, even in difficult situations. I am also approachable and willing to listen to both members and other departments before making important decisions. I believe good leadership is not only about giving instructions, but also about being willing to listen, take responsibility, and set a good example for others.

If given the opportunity to lead FIB, my priority would be maintaining high standards while ensuring that members genuinely enjoy being part of the organization. I want FIB to remain respected throughout the city while also being an organization where people can learn, progress, and create memorable roleplay.

4. How would you improve roleplay within this organization and across the city?

(Please provide at least three ideas.)

• Maintain high roleplay standards:
I would continue to emphasize professionalism, realistic investigations, and meaningful interactions with civilians, criminals, and other organizations. Quality should always be more important than simply completing an objective.

• Increase activity during quieter hours:
I would organize regular operations and smaller events during less active periods. This would give members something meaningful to do while also creating additional roleplay opportunities for other players.

• Improve recruitment and development:
I would introduce a clear and organized recruitment process where applicants are judged primarily on their activity, attitude, roleplay, and ability rather than personal connections. I would also focus on helping new members improve through proper training and guidance.

• Expand cooperation between organizations:
I would encourage more joint operations with other law enforcement agencies and create scenarios involving multiple organizations. Larger operations could involve criminal groups, businesses, civilians, and law enforcement, allowing different parts of the city to participate in the same storyline.

5. What are your goals for this organization during your leadership term?

My main goal would be to continue the strong foundation and legacy that Director Baby Ghost has established while introducing new ideas and improvements of my own.

I want FIB to be recognized for its professionalism, activity, fairness, and quality of roleplay. At the same time, I want to create an environment where members feel that their work is noticed and that they have genuine opportunities to learn, take on additional responsibilities, and progress through the organization.

Another important goal would be improving cooperation between FIB and the rest of the city. FIB should not operate separately from everyone else; our actions should create roleplay and opportunities for other players as well. Ultimately, I want FIB to be an organization that contributes positively to the entire server.

6. What events or activities would you organize to increase roleplay and player engagement?

I would continue successful activities that members already enjoy, including Black Market investigations, gang raids, while also introducing new scenarios to prevent roleplay from becoming repetitive.

One idea I would focus on is creating longer investigations that develop over several days. Instead of resolving an entire case in one session, agents could gather evidence, identify suspects, conduct surveillance, and gradually build a case before taking action. This would give both law enforcement and criminal organizations more opportunities to participate in meaningful roleplay.

I would also organize larger-scale operations involving multiple departments and organizations. These could include coordinated investigations, major raids, surveillance operations, or city-wide scenarios where civilians and criminal organizations have an active role.

Finally, I would regularly collect feedback from FIB members and the wider community. I believe the best events are created by understanding what players actually want to participate in, so I would use that feedback to keep activities varied, active, and enjoyable.
