1. Which organization are you applying to lead?
Bloods Street Gang.
2. Why do you want to become the leader of this organization?
I’ve been around the block on different RP servers and actually know how to lead a gang without the extra noise.
I grinded all the way up from a fresh recruit to High Command before, so I get how every rank operates.
I want to make Bloods the most active and valid faction on the server.
3. What makes you the best candidate for this position?
I know the rules inside out and don't bring OOC drama into the mix. Having HC experience means I know how to manage a roster, keep people active, and make sure everyone's pulling their weight while keeping the vibe solid.
4. How would you improve roleplay within this organization and across the city?
Shift the focus to real street RP and turf culture instead of just nonstop shooting.
Make promotions mean something so members actually put in work to rank up.
Build actual storylines with cops and rival gangs through sit-downs, trade deals, and real beef.
5. What are your goals for this organization during your leadership term?
Keeping the gang active daily with zero toxicity or rule breaks.
Put Bloods on top as the most respected gang in city.
Helping newer players get their RP right and give loyal members a spot to step up.
6. What events or activities would organize to increase roleplay and player engagement?
Hostage situation and Gang raids with huge bonuses will increase members activity and interest to give more.
Making every event engaged as possible to get gang members to rule the ghetto and hand out bonuses and beating leos and other rival gangs.
