2. Why do you want to be the leader of this specific organization? (List 3 reasons):
2.1 Experience and Personal Growth.
I have a lot of experience in gangs and leadership positions from other cities and servers. I understand how to manage members and keep the gang active every day. I know how important communivation and teamwork is to make a gang succesfull. I already have a strong turf team prepared and experienced people ready to help the organization ( Ballas ) grow from day1.
2.2 Activity and Organization
I want to lead Ballas because I already have everything planned and organized. I have members ready, and ideas for making this gang ( Ballas ) one of the most active organizations in the city. My goal is to create a gang where everyone has something to do, whether it’s turfing, robberies, events, or other future events.
2.3 Creating Strong Roleplay
I don’t only want Ballas to be known for shootings and turfing. I want the gang to create serious and enjoyable roleplay for the whole city. This means making realistic scenarios, competing with other gangs, and giving members opportunities to grow within the organization. I want Ballas to be respected for both activity and roleplay.
3. How would you Improve Roleplay for This organization and for the city? (List three ways):
3.1 Build an Active Turf Team
I already have a strong turf/shooter team ready. By keeping turfing active and organized it creates more gang interaction and more roleplay opportunities for the city. I’ll also make sure members are trained and coordinated properly.
3.2 Create Future Events and Storylines
Since the city is still new, I want Ballas to help create longterm roleplay and future events for everyone. This could include gang wars, alliances, betrayals, and citywide conflicts that develop over time instead of ending quickly. My goal is to build roleplay that gives both gangs and law enforcement more reasons to interact and it keeps the city active with ongoing stories and situations.
3.3 Keep a Professional and Respectful Environment
I will make sure the gang follows all server rules and avoids toxicity. Everyone will be treated fairly with no favoritism ranks will be earned not given. A respectful environment helps members enjoy the server more and keeps the organization active.

Jonny Cony grew up in the streets where respect had to be earned, not given. From a young age, he learned that loyalty is important, but he also learned that the world is full of favoritism and unfair chances. Nothing came easy for him, and getting to the position he is in now took sacrifice, pressure, and doing horrible things just to survive and make a name for himself. Instead of giving up, Jonny became colder, smarter, and more focused on building power and trust around him. Over time, he earned respect by handling business properly, staying calm under pressure, and always standing with the people loyal to him. After arriving in the city, Jonny saw the opportunity to build Ballas into something feared and respected. With a strong mindset, experienced people around him, and a ready turf team prepared for action, his goal is to take control of the streets and create serious, realistic roleplay throughout the city.
