1. Why do you want to be an administrator and no longer RP?:
I have been in plenty of cities and have seen admins who are inactive or take days to respond to DMs and support tickets, leaving new players without the help they need. Because of this, I wanted to find a city with admins who genuinely care about the community and are willing to help with any question, no matter how small.
That search led me to LibraRP, where I found a welcoming community with helpful staff and friendly citizens. This made me want to contribute to the city myself.
Even if I don't get accepted as an Admin, I would love the opportunity to become an Admin Assistant and help wherever I can. I want to support the staff team, help citizens when they need it, and do my part to help LibraRP continue to grow and prosper.
2. Why should we consider you for a administrative position, what skills can you bring?:
I believe you should consider me because I'm an approachable friendly and helpful person who enjoys helping others. I can bring good communication skills , quick responses, and ability to stay calm and respectful no matter the situation even if it is a difficult situation to handle.
I am also willing to take any criticism and learn from it to improve my knowledge and to continue work as a team. My goal has to been support the staff and make sure people are welcomed into this city and have someone to rely on.
3. What experience do you have in the city? (Crime/State/Starter Jobs/etc.)
Even though its not much I have been in Ems and I am currently in Bloods. I am trying out new experiences to expand my knowledge
4. Your greatest strengths? (Please list at least three):
Communication - I can communicate respectfully and clearly to both staff and citizens
Patience - I tend to stay calm when dealing with people who get frustrated or ask the same questions and help them in a
respectful manner.
Teamwork- I enjoy working along others and helping people to solve any questions or doubts they may have.
5. Your greatest weaknesses? (Please list at least three):
Overload - Sometimes I take on too much tasks because I like being helpful
Overthinking - I overthink many situations because I want to make sure it is the right decision I take
Aim - I cant aim if my life depended on it
