1. Why do you want to be an administrator and no longer RP?

I want to become an administrator because I feel that I can contribute more to the server by helping players and maintaining a fair environment

I have spent a lot of time in the city and I have experienced different types of RP including State organizations and Crime organizations

After gaining this experience I became more interested in the administrative side of the server

I also have previous experience as an administrator so I already understand that administration requires patience responsibility and proper communication

I want to help new players understand the rules and help experienced players when they face problems or difficult situations

I understand that becoming an administrator means giving up RP on my admin account and I am completely fine with that

My main goal would be to help the server and its players rather than using the position for personal benefit


2. Why should we consider you for an administrative position and what skills can you bring?

I believe I should be considered because I already have previous administrative experience and I understand the responsibility that comes with the position

I am able to stay calm during arguments and I do not like making decisions without hearing both sides of a situation

I can communicate with players properly even when they are angry or frustrated

I have good experience with State RP which would help me understand situations involving State organizations

I can also work with other administrators and follow the decisions of higher administration

I am active and can spend several hours per day handling reports questions and other administrative work

I can bring activity patience responsibility teamwork and fair judgement to the administration team

I also understand that an administrator represents the server and therefore should always behave professionally


3. What experience do you have in the city?

I have quite a lot of experience in the city and have been involved in both State and Crime RP

I have experience with State organizations and understand how their daily work and hierarchy operate

I have also been involved in law enforcement related RP which helped me understand situations such as arrests investigations patrols reports and interactions between State and Crime organizations

Apart from State RP I also have experience with Crime organizations which helps me understand situations from both sides

I have dealt with different types of RP situations and understand how quickly a normal situation can turn into a rule violation

Most importantly I also have previous experience as an administrator

That experience helped me understand how to deal with reports how to communicate with players and how important it is to remain neutral when handling a situation


4. Your greatest strengths?

My first strength is patience

I can listen to a player properly before coming to a conclusion and I do not like rushing decisions

My second strength is communication

I can explain rules and decisions to players in a simple way without unnecessarily creating arguments

My third strength is responsibility

If I receive a task I try to complete it properly instead of leaving it for someone else

Other strengths of mine are

5. Your greatest weaknesses?

Sometimes I spend more time than necessary checking a situation because I want to make sure that my decision is correct

I can be a little too serious when I am working and sometimes focus too much on completing the task perfectly

I sometimes try to help too many people at the same time instead of focusing on one issue first

I am aware of these weaknesses and I am working on improving them by managing my time better and prioritizing important situations

Yes I fully understand this rule and I am ready to follow it


7. Do you understand that on your admin account you may no longer partake in roleplay?

Yes I understand

I know that an admin account is for administrative work only and I will not participate in RP on that account

I am applying for the position because I want to help the server and not because I want any advantage in RP


8. Are there currently any issues in your real life?

No

I currently do not have any serious real life issues that would stop me from being active or completing my administrative responsibilities

I can maintain my activity and manage my time properly between my personal responsibilities and administration


9. Why did you choose State as your future curatorship?

I chose State because I have strong interest and experience in State organizations

I understand that State organizations have many rules and responsibilities and I would like to help maintain proper RP within them

I am familiar with situations involving law enforcement government organizations and interactions between State and Crime organizations

I believe my previous experience in State RP would help me understand complaints and situations involving State organizations more accurately

I also want to help State organizations improve their RP rather than simply punishing players for mistakes

My goal as a future State curator would be to maintain fair administration while also helping State organizations develop and provide better RP for the whole server


10. What would you do if a player argues with your administrative decision?

I would remain calm and explain the reason for my decision

I would not argue with the player or take their behaviour personally

If the player has valid evidence or believes that I made a mistake I would review the situation again

If I made a mistake I would accept it and correct it

If the decision was correct I would explain the rule and close the situation according to the server procedures


11. What would you do if your friend breaks a rule?

I would treat my friend the same way as any other player

Being friends with someone should not give them special treatment

If I am responsible for the situation I would handle it according to the rules

If the situation requires another administrator then I would ask another admin to handle it so there is no conflict of interest


12. What is the most important quality of an administrator?

For me the most important quality is fairness

An administrator should not make decisions based on friendship reputation organization or personal feelings

Every player should be treated equally

An administrator should also be patient and able to accept criticism because mistakes can happen

The important thing is to learn from them and improve


13. What are your goals if you are accepted?

My first goal would be to become familiar with the current administrative procedures and make sure I follow them correctly

I would like to become a reliable member of the administration team

I want to help new players understand the server and reduce unnecessary rule violations

I also want to help State organizations maintain good quality RP

With time I would like to take more responsibility and eventually become a trusted member of the State administration team

I am not applying just for the rank

I want to earn the trust of the administration team through my activity behaviour and work
