1. Why do you want to be an administrator?:
I want to become an admin on LibraRP because I am deeply love rp servers and want to help maintain a fair, immersive, and high-quality roleplay all over. Having spent significant time on the server, I have noticed how much effort goes into keeping the community active and engaging with events tickets complains and utt. I want to give back by resolving conflicts , and ensuring that everyone follows the server guide. I enjoy helping new arrivals learn the ropes, and I want to take the burden off the current staff team by handling tickets conflicts during peak and off-peak hours.
I remain neutral in all situations going by server rules and evidence. No favortism will get involved
I can manage really in tensed situations calmly and clearly explain decisions to players.
I am highly active on both the server and Discord always can ask me anything i will respond, making me really available to handle reports

You should consider me because I stay and remaining calm and impartial under pressure. In a roleplay situations, can be in tense, with multiple parties feeling frustrated or defensive. I possess the active listening skills required to hear both sides of a story without bs and I make decisions based strictly on evidence and server guidelines rather than personal relationships. Furthermore, I am highly relible and self-motiveted; you can trust me to active monitor the server, handle tickets , and support the community without needing constant superviser.
