1. Which organization are you applying to lead?
2.2 Even after reaching high ranks in many organizations and gangs, I never got opprtunity to become official Leader. I want to tkae this chance and prove myself that i can lead East Side Ballas in a good and better way than others. I want to show you my leadership skills and take the responsibility.
2.3 If i became Leader, my main goal is to makethe gang most active in the whole city and respected. I will recruit good members, help new players as always which i am doing in my daily rp, keep good relations with others to make the gang enjoyable for all. I will always try my best to make this organizationone of the best on this server. I promise that this will be the best gangs among all.
3. What makes you the best candidate for this position?
4.1 First i would like to create more situations outside the game based events like store robbery , gang raids and Ng base raids so the members of gang and will not be bored and leave the gang like the current gangs in city.
4.2 My main goal is to create a friendly and united community where members enjoy playing together and doing graffitis and clapping ghettos.
4.3 I would also make sure that all HC's follow up the rules and fullfill the requirements of the position and making sure that they step up when needed to lead things and to acutally teach and not just tear people down.
5.1 My Goals for this organization will be to make it most active and try to do 100% Turf.
I dont have them in my mind but i will try to host as many events as possible so no one get bored in my term

2. Why do you want to become the leader of this organization?
2.1 I started my Rp journey from citizen and after that, I joined many legal organizations and gangs. In many organizations I got higher ranks because of my skills, hardwork and activity. I also worked in many gangs with high rank, so i have good experience of managing members, do gang rp and handle different situations.
2.2 Even after reaching high ranks in many organizations and gangs, I never got opprtunity to become official Leader. 3.1 - I have a lot of experience as a Deputy and i have been leader of the gang as well in another city. I have friends from that city which i can bring them here.
