I have over 3 years spend grinding in RP in Libra and other projects, I have been admin curators, leaders, deputies, etc in other projects (ik it doesnt count). I have seen the quality of admins rn, it is very poor and I want to make it good. I myself have seen many people getting punished for no reason at all including me.
