Corruption without a bio. Upon driving into the parking lot, an FIB officer takes out a storage SUV, puts 1x stolen ATM money stack inside the trunk, stores the personal vehicle, then drives off in their organization vehicle. Use of organization vehicle for personal use for driving to a parking lot for the purpose of storing items for personal use, as well as corruption for intentionally storing evidence or confiscated illegal items from players in a personal vehicle for personal gain/use.

There is no reason or explanation for an officer to be storing confiscated or illegal items in their personal vehicle. Unless this person has a corruption biography, this is corruption without a bio. As they were on duty, I would say a POV request is also warranted, because the officer's bodycam would have caught the corruption as well.
