While attempting to stop a car from being stolen these 2 idiots opened fire on us with no demands or anything

Why do we need demands during an RP situation ? As GR5.12 states While outside of the ghetto you must initiate RP before shooting someone, the RP situation was initiated when the vehicle was being stolen and then also when you detained our friend no ?

And also why are you metagaming ? We can clearly hear you talking about IC things in your OOC call!

Why should we have to give demands we are in the city?? It was an RP situation he's clearly with us, and it was a team effort to try and steal the car. You handcuff him for his crimes and we turn up and back him up.
Also, at 00:55 on your bodycam, you can hear you are metagaming no open mic or discussing over any radio, just "I got two more turns to make, then I'm on it" This continues when he tells him to get out and taser the guy.
If the bodycam were to continue, you can see we all turn up to get him out of there.
In addition to this, your bodycam shows you wasnt killed by either 1093 or 1095, further proving it was a team RP effort to steal the vehicle.
