Upon realizing we were in a safe zone where robbing is not permitted, I immediately told my friend to stop, and we let you go. We then tricked you by offering help as criminals, lured you into a danger zone, and successfully killed and robbed you.

First of all, there is no rule stating that you need 4 people to rob someone. Second of all, there was a lot of mixing going on from both sides. While it is true that you are not allowed to rob outside city limits, the two players never actually robbed anything from you. The only thing that happened in this situation was: a fight initiated in ghetto and you drove away and they chased you and shot you, which is allowed. They were most likely about to rob you, but let you go, which isn't a rulebreak. Therefore:

ID 4910 will be punished for GR 7.0.
ID 769 will be punished for GR 7.0.
