Hello Admins,
I would like to appeal my 60-day ban and explain what happened.
Two days ago, I received a warning for ER 1.3 regarding the thread. I accepted the punishment and served my jail time. After that, I made a forum post to apologize and explain the situation.
The reason I did not provide my POV within the required time was because I did not see the forum request in time. I was busy with OOC work and unfortunately missed the request. As soon as I noticed it, I provided my POV and cooperated with the report.
After providing my POV and explaining the situation, my warning was removed.
However, only one day later, I was banned for 60 days for what appears to be the same incident/thread. This is what I do not understand. I had already received the punishment for this situation, served the jail time, provided the requested POV, and my warning was subsequently removed.
I completely understand that I made a mistake by not seeing the POV request in time, and I am not trying to avoid responsibility for that. I am simply asking for clarification regarding why I received another, much longer punishment for the same situation after the original warning had already been removed.
I respectfully ask you to review the previous warning, my forum post, the POV I provided, and the reason for the 60-day ban.
