Additional Information
1. Which organization are you applying to lead?
Los Santos Vagos
2. Why do you want to become the leader of this organization?
I want to become the leader of Vagos because I believe the organization has a lot of potential to become one of the strongest, most active, and most recognizable gangs in the city.
My first reason is that I want Vagos to have a real identity. I do not want the gang to only be active during turfs or official events and then disappear afterward. I want members to actually feel like they are part of something and have things to do every day, whether that is gang RP, events, robberies, competitions, meetings, or interactions with other organizations.
My second reason is that I have a lot of previous gang experience. I have been Deputy multiple times in Ballas, Vagos, and Marabunta, as well as being High Command many times on Grand RP EN1. Because of this, I understand how gangs work, how members should be organized, how ranks should be managed, and how important it is to have reliable High Command supporting the leader.
My third reason is that I am good at making strategic plans. I enjoy planning how members should be positioned, how we should approach events, turfs, robberies, and other situations. I believe a gang becomes much stronger when members are organized and know exactly what their role is instead of everyone doing their own thing.
I specifically want to lead Vagos because I believe it has the potential to become one of the most powerful and well known gangs in Libra RP. With the right leadership, structure, activity, and strategy, I believe Vagos can become a gang that people respect and remember.
My goal would be to make Vagos known across the city as one of the best gangs, not only because of winning, but because of activity, teamwork, organization, and good roleplay.
3. What makes you the best candidate for this position?
I believe I am a strong candidate because I already have a lot of experience within gangs and I understand that being a leader is much more than simply having the highest rank.
I have been Deputy in Ballas, Vagos, and Marabunta multiple times, and I have also had a lot of High Command experience on Grand RP EN1. From this, I learned how important it is to keep members active, organize people properly, maintain discipline, help newer members, and make sure the gang is prepared for events.
One of my strongest qualities is strategic planning. Before events, turfs, robberies, or other gang activities, I like to think ahead and make a plan instead of rushing into situations. I would assign roles, organize members, and make sure everyone understands what they are doing.
I would also build a strong High Command. I would not give ranks based on friendship or favoritism. I would choose people based on activity, maturity, loyalty, knowledge, communication, and how much they contribute to the organization.
I would make sure members know what is expected from them and how they can earn promotions. People who work hard and help the gang should have opportunities to move up.
Another thing that would be important to me is keeping IC situations IC. I would not tolerate unnecessary toxicity toward rival gangs, law enforcement, or other players. We can be competitive and still respect each other.
I want Vagos to have both strong competitive performance and strong roleplay.
4. How would you improve roleplay within this organization and across the city?
I would improve roleplay in several ways.
First, proper recruitment and training.
New members would not simply be recruited and forgotten. They would be introduced to Vagos, taught the basic gang rules, event rules, rank structure, and what is expected from them. High Command would help newer members until they fully understand how the gang works.
Second, more interaction with other organizations.
I would encourage members to interact with rival gangs, civilians, businesses, and law enforcement outside of mandatory events. This could include negotiations, territory disputes, alliances, meetings, retaliation RP, and other situations that create longer storylines.
Third, better robbery and hostage roleplay.
Instead of rushing robberies, we could plan them properly. Members could have different roles such as drivers, negotiators, security, lookout, and hostage handlers. This would make the situation more enjoyable for both Vagos and law enforcement.
Fourth, internal gang RP.
I would organize gang meetings, initiations, promotions, convoy runs, training sessions, internal competitions, protection jobs, and other activities so that members always have something to do even when no official event is happening.
Fifth, stronger character roleplay.
I would encourage members to actually roleplay their characters instead of treating every situation like a competition. Members should think about how their character would act and create situations that are enjoyable for everyone involved.
Most importantly, I would make sure that rivalry stays IC. There is no reason for gang competition to become personal or toxic outside of roleplay.
5. What are your goals for this organization during your leadership term?
My main goal would be to make Vagos one of the best, most active, and most recognizable gangs in the city.
My goals would include:
Of course, I would like to achieve 100% turfs and win as many events as possible, but winning would not be the only thing that matters. I would also want Vagos to be known for its activity, organization, teamwork, and roleplay.
6. What events or activities would you organize to increase roleplay and player engagement?
I would organize a large variety of events so members are not doing the same activities every day.
Some of the activities I would organize include:
For robberies, I would make them more organized and roleplay-focused. We could create a full plan beforehand, assign different roles, organize escape routes, use proper hostage negotiations, and create a situation that is enjoyable for both Vagos and law enforcement.
I would also organize events involving other gangs and civilians so Vagos is not only interacting with its own members. For example, gang competitions, car shows, races, meetings, negotiations, and citywide activities.
My overall goal would be to make sure Vagos members always have something to look forward to and that the organization contributes to roleplay across the entire city.
Thanks
