2. Why do you want to become the leader of this organization?
(Please provide at least three reasons)
1. I want to become the leader because I think now I am ready for leadership and manage the organization properly and successful term and I know how to manage everything how to negotiate and handle all the things in a different situations
2. 2.2 If I get the term I will make so much active and successful term and show the name of the vagos in the city attent all the events and destroy all other gangs and also vagos hq in good place far away so no one can disturb us
3. 2.3 and in my term we hiring only deserving player and giving rank by their activities and also no favoritism and hatism in my gang everyone who come in our gang he is the safest person ever no one can rob him easily and we try to protect our members from Leos or other gang member
4. 3. What makes you the best candidate for this position?
5. First I am trying to make so much active I will try to make vagos gang most active respected gang in the city and giving respect to every peoples because I see Many leader can't handle the some situation and don't know he do so that why I want to serve as a leader to provide realistic roleplay and full professional gang in the city I have seen many leaders hire players who do not have enough experience and some of them have been in the city for years but still break rules and receive warnings If I get the term I will only hire experienced and knowledgeable people who understand the city and its rules For players
4. How would you improve roleplay within this organization and across the city?

3.1. I will teach every new player in the gang and help them if they face any problems and try my best to solve them I will also organize as many events and globals as possible such as store robberies Fz raids and other activities In recent months I have noticed that most gangs do not do many hostage situations but if I get the term I will try to organize around 1 to 3 hostage situations every day
3.2 I have noticed that many gangs only complete the curators requirements and don’t do many hostage situations If I get the term so I will make vagos so much different and doing other rp like exchanging member on doc like if my gang member got arrested by Leos so I will try to catch any Leos from highway and then we do a exchange offer like this I try to do a different rp and sho othe r gang member or people why they want to join vagos
3.3 We will participate in every possible event stay active and show everyone what our vagos gang can do Our goal will be to completely strongly with and destroy every legal and illegal organization by proper RP and activity
