1. which organization are you applying to lead?

2. why do you want to become the leader of this organization?

-> 1. my experience
i want to become the leader of vagos because i already have good experience in gangs and leadership. i have worked as a deputy leader of a family gang, where i learned how to manage members, handle different situations and keep everyone active.
i have also been high command in other cities, so i have seen different ways of managing an organization. i know what members expect from a good leader and what things can make an organization inactive. i want to use my experience to make vagos active, organized and one of the strongest gangs in the city.

i am a pretty active player and can give around 4-5 hours daily to the organization. i also have good knowledge about gang situations, events, turfs and dealing with leos.
i don’t want the leader position just for the rank. i actually want to be involved with my members, help them whenever they need it and make sure everyone enjoys playing in vagos.

i believe a good leader should not always be rude to members when they make a mistake. if someone doesn’t know how to handle a situation, i would rather explain it properly and teach them how to handle it next time.
i will be strict when it’s necessary, but at the same time i will be friendly and helpful towards my members. i want my members to be comfortable asking me for help and improving themselves.

my main strengths are:
i think my experience, activity and knowledge make me suitable for this position. i know how to handle members and situations, and i am ready to take responsibility for the whole organization.
4. how would you improve roleplay within this organization and across the city?

-> 1. i will make sure weekly tasks are completed on time and members stay active.
-> 2. i will give bonuses on time and reward members who are actually contributing to the organization.
-> 3. i will properly train new members and teach them how to deal with different situations, especially with leos and other gangs.
-> 4. if a member makes a mistake, i will explain what they did wrong and help them improve instead of just being rude to them.
-> 5. i will try to keep the organization free from unnecessary toxicity while still maintaining proper discipline.
5. what are your goals for this organization during your leadership term?

-> i will try to attend as many events as possible and make sure vagos is active in them.
i will also organize activities between members so they don’t just sit inactive. i want my members to get experience in turfs, raids, gang situations and dealing with leos.
i will personally help newer members understand how to handle situations properly. my goal is to make vagos a gang where members actually enjoy playing, improve their rp and become better at handling different situations.
