First of all, you are completely AFK throughout this entire POV, and yet you post it on forums without any vehicle being stolen in the first place. Sure, there was some car ramming done which could be punishable IF it affected any RP. Based on your POV, the car was never even rammed fully out of the safe zone. This forum does not justify any punishment.
