How admin can say dsync without watching both side pov ?

The POV request was for a ghost peek, but in the POV you can see the player peeking, this solely means that it was due to dsync, and nothing else. The player had 140 ping and chose to sit at the edge of the wall with no regard of dsync. There was no need to request POV because in my eyes it was clearly dsync, we have done this for POV requests before and this is no different. The rest is up to Avi/Trey to decide
