1. Which organization are you applying to lead?
Life Invader
2. Why do you want to become the leader of this organization?
I want to become a leader of this organization, because I believe that Life Invader is the backbone of this City. Majority of the peoples connects through Life Invader.
I want to take the leadership because I want to introduce more fresh ideas and to restructure the core Departments of the Organization and bring continuous developments.
3. What makes you the best candidate for this position?
I believe I am the best candidate for this position because:
- I have an outgoing personality, I enjoy going around socializing with people and can listen to their ideas and concerns.
- I am proactive, I will always think of new ideas, policies updates and contents.
- I have good adaption abilities, I can adapt to the given situations and solving any arising conflicts without escalating it further.
- I also have previous experience as HC and I believed that experiences will help me building a leadership and management skills.
I believe these reasons will make me a great choice for the leadership position.
4. How would you improve roleplay within this organization and across the city?
- Ads Department: Ads Departments is a very important department and plays a major role in the city. I will ensure that we will have enough employees in the Ads department to keep the ads running continuously even during the peaked hours. I will ensure that there is a reward system implemented so that their hard work is always rewarded.
- Events Department: Events Department aimed is to creates funs and engaging environments for the citizens. I will make sure that we allocate enough budget to the Events Department so we can host more events, offers larger rewards and organize more major events for the citizen to enjoy and encourage more participations. So instead of just doing their regular things in the city, the citizen will always look forward to enjoy Life Invader events.
- News Department: News Department often get neglected, we often forget that delivering news is also a core role of Life Invader. I will introduce a new reward system to encourage the News employees to patrol around and capture the interesting events that are occurring. If possible I will establish a communication channels with other factions so our News Department could receive tips regarding the current active events, so we can dispatch our News employees there on time.
- Implement a rewards system for the employees to keep them motivated in doing their works, so their hard work paid off.
- I will try my best to work with our Organization Employees to host as many exciting events as possible for everyone to enjoy and keep the city active.
- Maintain good relations with everyone in the organization and also with other organization as well to ensure a well and cooperative team work. Ensure that there is no favoritism.
- I will rework on the key channels in the email such as the employee application, tickets system, citizen complaints, suggestion channels, feedbacks to ensure that we will always continue improving as an Organization.
6. What events or activities would you organize to increase roleplay and player engagement?
- I will host events such as Talent Shows where we will give the opportunity to everyone in the City to come and show off their unique talents.
- Hide and Seek events.
- Best photo contest / Best Outfit Contest
- Car Meet (So people can show off their amazing rides)
and many more along the way after we hear suggestion from the Citizens.
This will ensure that there are always activities going around, people will get a chance to gather and socialize as well as winning prizes as well.
