Additional information

1. Which organization are you applying to lead?

Leader of Federal Investigation Bureau (FIB)

2. Which organization are you applying to lead?

2.1) The reason for my desire to become a Leader of the Federal Investigation Bureau is my passion for law enforcement and my experience in government organizations. While I was working in Libra RP, I had loads of positions like DHOD in the LSPD, HOD in the SAHP, and now I am serving as an HOD in the Government. These jobs helped me to gain knowledge about how governmental organizations function and how to manage offices and what is the role of discipline, teamwork, and communication in these organizations. I believe that my experience in working for different organizations will help me to tackle this responsibility.

2.2) Enhancing Professionalism and Coordination Among Organizations For my second point, I will advocate for the improvement of professionalism, discipline, and coordination of FIB. It is practical to conclude that FIB is considered one of the most respected and well-organized law enforcement agencies in the city. If I am in charge, my objective will be to improve working conditions and create a friendly working atmosphere for officers. I would also like to enhance coordination and develop better communication with LSPD, SAHP, Government, and other state organizations. More importantly, I will make sure that all the officers comply with standard procedures, treat citizens with respect, and work in a coordinated manner.

2.3) Forming an Active FIB and Improving Roleplay Options The third reason for my work is to make the FIB more active and provide better opportunities for roleplay for officers and citizens. I would like to introduce regular training, undercover and intelligence operations, raids, and other events that can help keep the organization functioning. I would also like to make the process of recruitment more open and fair, so that people can join and develop in the organization according to their abilities and personal effort rather than connections. Each member should have a chance to prove himself or herself.

3. What makes you the best candidate for this position?

I am a strong candidate for FIB Leader because I can handle tough situations, make good decisions and am accountable for my actions. Leadership is about creating a bond of trust with your members, listening to them and addressing their concerns. Leadership also is about addressing issues that the members of the unit may have. It involves working out solutions, when conflicts arise. I enjoy making decisions and and giving orders. But I see these as a small part of being a leader. I stay calm even when the situation is frustrating. This is critical in every situation, as every situation should be professional handled, without letting your emotions or friendships cloud your judgement. I value and foster a management system that encourages operating departments without constant supervision and direction of the Leader. I appreciate and accept feedback and know that leaders are still learners and can improve further. Seriousness, reliability, and trustworthiness are key attributes I possess. I will work hard, and prove to all members of FIB that they can trust me and I can lead them to success.

4. How would you improve roleplay within this organization and across the city?

3.1) Currently, disrespect by agents toward citizens is the norm. Even when complaints are filed, they are often ignored or weakly sanctioned. We will defend our agents, but only when their actions are justified.

3.2) After their training rank, they is Junior Agent 1. They have to give an exam to get their FA 1 rank in the exam it will cover some of the very important IC rules and event rules questions

3.3) I will be adding a new department that is The Public Integrity & Internal Affairs Division (PIA) will be a new specialized unit within the Federal Investigation Bureau. PIA will focus on upholding the discipline, equity, and professionalism within the internal workings of all state institutions. PIA’s objective will be to detect, probe, and resolve all forms of malpractices like corruption, abuse of power, and discrimination within and across government agencies, including the FIB.

5. What are your goals for this organization during your leadership term?

5.1) Maximum Gang Raids and Black Market Raids
5.2) Complete the Term With Minimum Warnings
5.3) Maintain Friendly Relationships With Everyone
5.4) Complete a Successful Leadership Term

6. What events or activities would you organize to increase roleplay and player engagement?

6.1) Undercover Missions and Crime Investigations

I will set up undercover operations in which FIB agents are going to research criminal groups, find information, gather proof, and compile solid cases. That will result in more investigation-oriented RP being created for both criminals and the officials.

6.2) Coordinated Operations and Gang Raids

I will hold a lot of coordinated operations with LSPD, SAHP, and other agencies of the state, including gang upgrades, Black Market raids, driving checkpoints, and police monitoring in order to enhance teamwork and communication among officers.

6.3) Rescue of Hostages and Negotiation Events

I will host simulated hostage-taking events where officers can practice negotiations, rescues of hostages, and emergency reactions. In this way, participants are going to develop their RP skills and decision-making.

6.4) Recruitments and Public Events
I will hold open recruitment events, awareness campaigns and meetings that allow the public to meet FIB agents.

6.5) Contests between Organizations

I will hold competitions in shooting games, driving challenges and tactical training among state agencies in order to encourage sporting spirit and improve relations between these institutions.
I think that it is essential to make FIB active, professional and fun.
