Which organization are you applying to lead?
I will be applying for life invader leadership
Why do you want to become the leader of this organization?
1.1 I want to become the leader of LifeInvader as I feel that the organization has room for improvement. I will work towards making the organization more involved in the community by organizing creative events, competitions and interacting with both citizens and other organizations. Additionally, I will strive to improve the News Department and allow employees to suggest their own ideas and creative solutions.
1.2 I think employees are the single most significant factor in whether or not an organization is successful. Therefore, I wish to acknowledge the employees that consistently go above and beyond with rewards, promotions, and recognition. Additionally, I would like to assist the newer employees in developing their skills so they may take on larger responsibilities down the road. Ultimately, I want to establish an atmosphere of fairness and friendliness that allows each employee to advance within the organization.
1.3 I want to bring former employees back to LifeInvader by giving them new opportunities and encouraging them to rejoin the team.
What makes you the best candidate for this position?
2.1 I feel like I have influence and that I can make life invader great again, not by just accepting ads but by also going out and finding good stories and creating good RP scenarios.
How would you improve roleplay within this organization and across the city?
3.1 We will increase event rewards to encourage more citizen participation. I will also focus on hosting fun and well rewarded events to keep citizens engaged.
3.2 We will publish more videos and articles while interviewing as many leaders as possible to keep citizens updated on the latest news.
3.3 We will increase the activity of life invader within the city so that the citizens feel heard.
What are your goals for this organization during your leadership term?
1. Increasing member activity in Morning time & Night Time
2. Give Bonuses to the Most active Employee During the Week
3. I will be hosting special events with special Prizes
4. interviewing State, Crime and Clan Leaders
What events or activities would you organize to increase roleplay and player engagement?
4.1 I will be Hosting Talent Show to increase RolePlay within the organization.
4.2 I will be Also events for civilians with a good Prizes.
