1. Which organization are you applying to lead?

2. Why do you want to become the leader of this organization?
I want to become the leader of Lifeinvader because i believe it has great potential for creativity and RP. Having been part of different organizations i realized Lifeinvaders suits me best since i am currently an active member of LI,i have good understanding of how organization operates and what could be improved, i believe i can use this experience to bring better organization ecosystem and put new ideas into practice and help things run smoothly. Communication and socializing are some of my strongest qualities, and i enjoy meeting new people and being involved in different situations. i belive this fits perfectly with what Lifeinvader represents as a media organization, and i want to bring my own ideas during my term and create positive and unforgottable moments with everyone.
3. What makes you the best candidate for this position?
Because i genuinely enjoy socializng and communicating with people, i believe i can build good relationships with everyone in the organizations, communicate effectively with my employees and create enjoyable events that encoruage more RP, i also want to make sure that both employees and players feel involved and enjoy their time with Lifeinvader
4. How would you improve roleplay within this organization and across the city?
a) i would organize fun events for employees where they can compete with each other and have a chance to win rewards
b) i would focus on creating better and clear ads and ad rules for players and employees, making sure they are easy to understand and provide all the necessary informations.
c) i would organize special events desinged specifically for players, giving them more opportunities to interact with Lifeinvader and participate in RP
5. What are your goals for this organization during your leadership term?
During my leadership term, my main goal will be to maintain good communication with my employees and solve any problems as quickly as possible. i will also test new applicants based on the department they want to join as accuracy and proffessionalism are very important in the media industry, we must avoid spreading false ads and protect Lifeinvader's reputation. the satisfaction of our customers is just as important to me as the satisfaction of our employees, so i will always treat them with the best possible service. i also plan to create useful videos and guides to help employees do their jobs more efficently. overall, i want to create a professional, organized and enjoyable enviroment where everyone can work without unnecesarry problems and have a successful and enjoyable term.
6. What events or activities would you organize to increase roleplay and player engagement?
I will hold contests, such as photo shoots, treasure hunts, advertising contests, and news related events where players have a chance to win prizes. This will give players a chance to socialize and also role-play in relation to Lifeinvader. The intention here is to make these activities fun for players and to make sure that they participate actively in the group.
