1. Which organization are you applying to lead?

FIB

2. Why do you want to become the leader of this organization?

There are several reasons why I would like to become the Director of FIB.

First of all, law enforcement has always been one of my biggest interests within Libra. Throughout my time on the server, I have consistently enjoyed participating in police-related roleplay, especially situations that require teamwork, responsibility, and critical thinking. Being part of FIB allows me to experience these aspects while contributing to the overall quality of roleplay.

Secondly, my current role as Head of Department in the Undercover Division has given me valuable experience in leadership and organization management. I have learned how to guide members, coordinate investigations, make important decisions, and maintain cooperation within the department. This experience has motivated me to take on a greater responsibility and contribute to FIB on a larger scale.

Finally, I see an opportunity to help FIB continue growing and improving. The organization already has a solid foundation, and I want to build on that by introducing fresh ideas, encouraging more engaging activities, and creating an environment where members can improve their skills and enjoy their time in the organization.

3. What makes you the best candidate for this position?

I believe I would be a suitable candidate for this position because of my existing experience within FIB, my understanding of its internal structure, and my willingness to take responsibility. My current position has helped me understand the challenges involved in managing members, maintaining discipline, and ensuring that daily operations run smoothly.

I also believe that effective leadership requires patience, fairness, and the ability to make thoughtful decisions. I am willing to hear different perspectives, consider feedback, and handle disagreements in a mature manner. In my opinion, a good leader should earn the respect of their members through their actions rather than relying solely on their rank.

If selected, I would aim to lead by example, support the members of FIB, and maintain clear expectations for everyone. My goal would be to create a professional and welcoming organization where members feel motivated to participate, improve, and contribute to the success of the department.

4. How would you improve roleplay within this organization and across the city?

1. Focus on realistic and engaging roleplay

I would encourage agents to focus on creating believable situations rather than rushing through interactions. Investigations, interrogations, arrests, and other law enforcement activities should involve proper procedures and meaningful communication. This would make encounters more enjoyable for everyone involved.

2. Introduce more activities throughout the day

To improve activity, I would arrange scheduled operations, training sessions, and smaller investigations during different hours. This would give members more reasons to remain active and provide additional opportunities for other players to participate in roleplay.

3. Strengthen training and recruitment

I would work toward making the recruitment process more structured and transparent. Applicants should be evaluated based on their behavior, roleplay knowledge, activity, and willingness to learn. After joining, new agents should receive guidance and practical training to help them understand their responsibilities and develop their abilities.

4. Build stronger relationships with other organizations

I would promote communication and cooperation between FIB, other law enforcement departments, criminal organizations, and civilian groups. Joint scenarios and coordinated operations would allow different groups to interact more frequently and create stories that involve more of the city instead of focusing on only one organization.

5. What are your goals for this organization during your leadership term?

If I am given the opportunity to lead FIB, I want to focus on building a stronger team, improving the way the organization operates, and creating a better experience for every member.

My first objective would be to establish a reliable leadership team that communicates effectively and works together toward shared goals. I believe that having organized and responsible department leaders is essential for keeping FIB running smoothly.

Secondly, I would focus on keeping members motivated by providing them with meaningful responsibilities, opportunities to learn, and a fair chance to progress through the ranks. I want members to feel that their time and effort are appreciated.

Another priority would be to improve the quality of investigations and operations. I would encourage agents to approach situations creatively, follow proper procedures, and focus on creating realistic roleplay rather than simply completing tasks.

I would also aim to build stronger connections with other organizations across the city. Better cooperation would allow us to create more complex scenarios, improve interactions between different groups, and make the overall roleplay environment more enjoyable.

Finally, I want to establish a stable organization that can continue performing well in the long term. My intention is not just to lead FIB, but to help develop an environment built on trust, accountability, teamwork, and dedication that future leadership can continue to improve.

6. What events or activities would you organize to increase roleplay and player engagement?

I would continue organizing established activities such as Black Market investigations and gang raids, while also developing new ideas to keep things interesting and avoid repetitive situations.

One activity I would introduce more frequently is long-term investigative roleplay. These cases could develop over several days, allowing agents to collect evidence, question witnesses, monitor suspicious individuals, and identify connections before reaching a conclusion. This would give investigations more depth and allow criminal organizations and civilians to influence how the situation develops.

I would also plan coordinated operations involving multiple departments and organizations. Examples could include organized surveillance, complex investigations, large-scale raids, and special operations that require planning and cooperation. These activities would encourage communication between groups and create more opportunities for different players to get involved.

Additionally, I would arrange regular training sessions and internal activities to help agents improve their knowledge and teamwork. Alongside this, I would ask members for suggestions and feedback about future events. By considering their ideas and the needs of the community, I could organize activities that are more engaging, varied, and enjoyable for everyone involved.
