1. Which organization are you applying to lead?​

I am applying for the leadership position of Marabunta.

2. Why do you want to become the leader of this specific organization?​

2.1 I have always enjoyed being part of gangs, and becoming a leader has been one of my goals for a long time. I consider myself a disciplined person who takes responsibilities seriously and tries to complete everything properly. I have been part of several gangs and have also led many events, which has given me a better understanding of how a gang works. Because of this experience, I believe I am ready to take on the responsibility of leading Marabunta.

2.2 I want to make this term successful by keeping the gang active, organized, and within all the server rules. During my time in different gangs, I have learned how important discipline, activity, and proper management are. I understand the requirements expected from a gang leader, and I will do my best to meet them throughout the term. My goal is to make Marabunta one of the most active gangs in the city and ensure that the curators can see the effort and dedication we put into the organization.

2.3 I believe the way a leader communicates with people makes a big difference in keeping a gang together. I will try to treat everyone fairly, listen to members when they have concerns, and handle problems in a professional manner. I also want to create an environment where members feel comfortable staying and contributing to the gang. By making fair decisions and following the leader rules, I believe I can build a strong team and lead Marabunta in the right direction.

3. How would you improve roleplay within this organization and across the city?​

3.1 I want to build a gang where discipline and loyalty go hand in hand. Every member should have a clear role and contribute to the gang through activities such as territory control, graffiti, robberies, and combat. I don't believe ranks should be given without a reason. Members should earn promotions through their activity, knowledge, behavior, and the way they treat others. I will also keep track of how high-command members, including deputies, handle their responsibilities. Important decisions should be discussed with the leadership team instead of being made carelessly and causing problems for the entire term. My aim is to build an organized and united gang where members respect each other and understand what is expected of them.

3.2 I want members to focus on creating proper roleplay instead of participating only in fights or basic gang activities. I would encourage them to interact more with other gangs and organizations and take part in situations that give everyone a chance to roleplay. This would make our activities more interesting and help create more interactions across the city.

4. What are your goals for this organization during your leadership term?​

My main goal is to make Marabunta an active and well-organized gang with a strong and reliable team. I want to recruit members who are willing to participate, maintain a responsible high command, and make sure everyone does their part. I also want to improve the gang's reputation by maintaining good activity, following the server rules, and creating better roleplay opportunities. By the end of my term, I want Marabunta to be known for its teamwork, discipline, and consistent activity.

5. What events or activities would you organize to increase roleplay and player engagement?​

My main plan is to organize weekly hostage situation events along with smaller daily activities. I want players to have a reason to log in regularly and feel like something is always happening around them. Along with these events, I would encourage members to participate in regular gang activities and interact with other organizations. This would help keep Marabunta active throughout the week and create more opportunities for enjoyable and realistic roleplay across the city.
