2. Why do you want to become the leader of this organization?
2.1 I want to be the SANG General because I want to develop a strong High Command team, improve communication between members, and maintain good relationships with other organizations. I also want to bring in new ideas and give members more opportunities to grow their skills and experience.
2.2 I want to lead SANG term and make my term a successful one by making the organization as active as possible. I have been working in the city for a long time and my experience working in various organizations, especially as CoS in the Government and other exp in differen city, has helped me understand how the state organizations work. With my experience, dedication and leadership skills I want to help bring positive changes to SANG and I would love to get the opportunity to lead the organization.
2.3 I want to be SANG General because I want to improve my leadership abilities and to make SANG more active. I have a good experienced Deputy and good HC members and active members . I can run the organization well and I can keep a well functioning team .
3. What makes you the best candidate for this position?
3.1 I think I am a good candidate for SANG General because I have a long history of being active in the city and have experience working with different organizations. My time as CoS in the Government has given me a better understanding of how state organizations operate. I am a responsible, dedicated and open learner. I also believe that with proper planning, team work and support from my Deputy and HC I can lead SANG effectively and make it a successful organization.
4. How would you improve roleplay within this organization and across the city?
4.1 Arranging meetings with the Governor and leaders of other organisations to improve work quality, professionalism, and coordination between organisations. This will help build better relationships and maintain a high standard of roleplay.
4.2 Having experienced high commands lead operations and manage organisational activities according to departmental targets to ensure consistent activity and better overall performance. 4.3 Holding weekly discussions with higher-ups to review the organisation’s progress, receive guidance, and identify areas that need improvement.
4.4 Appointing capable and experienced deputies who have the knowledge and leadership skills needed to manage the organisation effectively and guide employees in the right direction.
4.5 Encouraging employees to remain active by recognising their hard work and dedication through appropriate promotions and bonuses, showing respect for the time and effort they contribute to the organisation.
