1. Why do you want to be an administrator and no longer RP?
During my two terms as COO of Life Invader I learned how to manage operations handle staff and work with departments. Now I want to try something helping players solving problems and making the roleplay experience better for everyone.
2. Why should we consider you for a position? What skills can you bring?
I think my past roles make me a good fit. I’ve held leadership and admin jobs in other cities that taught me how to take responsibility work with teams and deal with situations. I listen carefully stay calm when things get tough and try to see both sides before making a decision. I’m also open to learning and improving wherever needed.
3. What experience do you have in the city? (Crime/State/Starter Jobs/etc.)
In this city I was COO of Life Invader for two terms. That gave me hands-on experience in managing operations coordinating teams and handling duties.
In another city I worked as Chief of EMS for two terms EMS Curator and a Level 3 Administrator. These roles helped me learn about management enforcing rules, teamwork and how to handle all kinds of situations.
4. Your greatest strengths?
I’m a listener. That helps me understand people’s problems and find ways to support them.
I enjoy working as part of a team. Learning from others. I like solving problems
I don’t get angry or upset easily. That helps me stay calm and patient when dealing with situations.
5. Your greatest weaknesses?
I care a lot about my family and friends. Sometimes I put their needs ahead of my own.
I trust people quickly. That has led to some experiences in the past.
Sometimes my emotions affect my work.. I’m working on staying professional and managing them better.
6. Do you understand you may not own a business as an administrator?
Yes I understand this rule. I’m ready to follow it.
7. Do you understand that on your account you may no longer partake in roleplay?
Yes I understand. I won’t do roleplay on my admin account. It will only be used for admin duties.
8. Are there currently any issues in your life that would hinder your activity as an admin?
No I don’t have any issues now that would get in the way. I can spend, about 6–7 hours a day on work.
