2. Why do you want to become the leader of this organization?​

(Please provide at least three reasons)

1. I want to become leader of bloods because I have played both sides of the orgs, both crime and Legal orgs and personally have found I enjoy crime much more. I would love to become a leader, take over the ghetto, events and turfs. I believe I have what it takes to be a great org, and to make sure we have some serious crime roleplay .
2. I believe as a gang leader I’d be able to build a strong and active gang focused on winning events, taking over turfs and building serious RP in the city.
3. I believe as Leader I will be able to improve the server by providing quality, serious, and fun RP interactions with both other gangs and LEO orgs.
4. I want to become a leader to make a fair and equal playing field for all members. I want to lead by example and treat everyone fairly

3. What makes you the best candidate for this position?​

I believe I am the best fit for this position as I have tons of experience within RP cities, good knowledge on rules/ following rules, and making good rp situations. I also believe with the help of my deputies and high command team we will be able to lead and manage a large group of “criminals” with minimal punishments, if any at all. I believe my determination, ambition and will to learn will serve me well in making bloods the best and most active gang in the city.

4. How would you improve roleplay within this organization and across the city?​

1. I believe I can improve roleplay within the bloods organization across the city by maintaining activity and completing all requirements on time.
2. I believe roleplay could be improved by daily activities such as store robs, gun store robs and hostage situations, however with our own twist on the RP ; for example instead of showing up to these events with no hostages we will aim to always have hostages to improve communication and RP between leos and ourselves, there will always be a reason to communicate with the opposing group instead of just giving demands and fighting right away.
3. We will work towards training and teaching new hires on both the rules and how to properly handle active RP situations.
4. We will work on creating larger RP opportunities such as including other gangs into some of our situations such as group hostage situations, and other city wide roleplay and events.

6. What events or activities would you organize to increase roleplay and player engagement?​

1. I would aim to do regular store robberies and bank heists to always have something for the members to attend.
2. I would organize regular highway and ghetto robs
3. I would regularly do group drug plantations such as getting everyone together and planting mass weed and cocaine.
4. I would focus on LEO interactions by creating RP situations where the LEOs are involved and needed. And even training others on how to properly handle situations requiring leo intervention
5. I would schedule regular FZ raids
6. I would organize a STRONG turf team and complete regular training to keep everyone up to date with their skills.
7. Regular recruitment drives
8. Community events such as car meets, parties, races and social gatherings to bring both gang members and civilians together
9. Recognition and promotions. By rewarding active members with promotions and recognition we will create a loyal and respected gang.
