1. Which organization are you applying to lead?
I am applying for the position of FIB Leader.
2. Why do you want to become the leader of this organization?
There are three main reasons why I want to lead FIB:
I enjoy law enforcement roleplay and want to be more involved in the city.
I have previous leadership experience as SAHP Chief of Staff and LSPD Assistant Chief of Police in another city.
I want to build an active team where members work together and enjoy their roleplay.
3. What makes you the best candidate for this position?
My previous experience has taught me how to manage officers, solve problems, and work as a team. I understand that leadership is about responsibility, not just rank. I am ready to put in the effort and treat my members fairly.
4. How would you improve roleplay within this organization and across the city?
Organize more investigations and operations with proper roleplay.
Improve cooperation with LSPD, SAHP, and other government organizations.
Provide regular training so members can improve their skills and understand their duties.
5. What are your goals for this organization during your leadership term?
My goal is to make FIB active, professional, and well-organized. I want to recruit good members, maintain discipline, and build a team that can work together without unnecessary problems.
6. What events or activities would you organize to increase roleplay and player engagement?
I would organize investigation scenarios, undercover operations, training sessions, and joint operations with other government organizations. I would also encourage members to come up with their own roleplay ideas to keep things interesting.
