1. Why do you want to become an administrator and stop roleplaying?

I want to become an administrator because I want to contribute to the server by helping players, enforcing the rules, and maintaining a fair and professional roleplay environment. I understand that administration requires patience, responsibility, impartiality, and the ability to make decisions under pressure. Through my experience in different roleplay organizations, I have learned the importance of teamwork, discipline, and following procedures. I am ready to dedicate my time to administrative duties and put the community's interests first. My goal is to become a reliable member of the administration team and help ensure that every player has a positive experience.

2. Why should we consider you for an administrative position? What skills can you bring?

I believe I am a suitable candidate because I am responsible, patient, active, and willing to learn. I can communicate respectfully with players, listen to both sides of a situation, and make decisions based on evidence and server rules rather than personal feelings. My experience in different State organizations and emergency services has helped me develop teamwork, discipline, communication, and problem-solving skills. I am also willing to learn from senior administrators, accept constructive criticism, and improve my performance whenever necessary.

3. What experience do you have in the city? (Crime/State/Starter Jobs/etc.)

I have experience in several roleplay organizations across different servers. In another server, I was part of the Government, FIB, and Police departments, which helped me understand law enforcement, government responsibilities, investigations, and proper communication within official organizations. I also served in the Government department in Libra, where I gained further experience with State roleplay. Currently, I am working in the EMS job, which has helped me understand the importance of teamwork, responsibility, and assisting people in emergency situations.

These experiences have given me a broader understanding of different aspects of roleplay, including State organizations, emergency services, civilian activities, and criminal roleplay. I believe this background will help me understand players' situations more effectively and handle administrative cases fairly. I am also ready to learn this server's specific rules, procedures, and expectations.
