1. Why do you want to be an administrator and no longer RP?:
I would like to leave the roleplay side because I personally feel like I have gained enough experience to take another step into the administration side of the game. I also want to take another step towards administration because I like leadership and would want to experience more within the leadership side. Personally I want to become an admin and leave the RP life because of the performance and professionalism I can show when I'm around and the skills I can bring to the table.
2. Why should we consider you for a administrative position, what skills can you bring?:
I can bring strong interpersonal and communication skills to the team, allowing me to articulate thoughts clearly, facilitate smooth interactions, and effectively de-escalate conflicts or tense situations. As a naturally approachable community builder, I excel at welcoming new members, maintaining active engagement, and fostering a positive, inclusive environment. My collaborative problem-solving abilities enable me to work seamlessly alongside team members to handle member inquiries, streamline daily tasks, and support overall administrative operations
3. What experience do you have in the city? (Crime/State/Starter Jobs/etc.)
I have been in 1 term within EMS and another term within LifeInvader.
4. Your greatest strengths? (Please list at least three):
My strength is that I'm a people person. I like to interact with new people, have conversations with them, and make new friends out of it. I also can say that I have strengths within communication, know how to word myself, and can also use it to de-escalate a situation. I am proud to say that I can work effectively with a team and learn quickly.
5. Your greatest weaknesses? (Please list at least three):
A weakness I really don't like about myself is that I find it hard to say no to certain things, which leads into me having to do too much work later on. Another weakness I do have is that I struggle with public speaking; I get really nervous once I speak in public.
6. Do you understand you may not own a business as an administrator?
Yes, I will be ready to sell my business and adhere to the requirements. My commitment is to dedicate my full attention and effort to fulfill my responsibilities on the admin team.
