2. Why do you want to become the leader of this organization?
First of all, ever since I started playing with my friends, we have always been interested in joining a gang because the illegal side of roleplay has always attracted us. Over time, I learned the rules and mechanics related to gangs and gained a lot of experience through playing and being involved in different situations.
I am applying for the Gang Leader position because I believe I have the experience, dedication, and understanding necessary to build and lead a serious gang. Through experience, I have learned all the important aspects needed for a gang to grow, stay active, and succeed.
My third reason is that i want to eliminate any kind of toxicity in gang and not only in my gang but amongst the other gangs as it is fine to fight for resources and dominance but there is no need for toxicity among members of the organization. I want to see a clean roleplay under my leadership.
3. What makes you the best candidate for this position?
I have been deputy of many gangs in different cities and lead the gangs to glory with a great hierarchy disciplined members and strong leadership skills and for that reason i believe that i have what it takes to lead The Families in the best way in me. i will make sure that in my term we are doing immersive RolePlay and achieving what others lacked in and try to avoid any internal conflicts within the gang.
I will make sure to have a term with zero warns or verbals making sure that all of my members follow all the city rules and anyone who tries to not follow or be cooperative will be kicked right away. I will also make sure to have an active term where we will do lots of daily activity's , highway robbery's, store robbery's , daily ghetto rob and all kinds of stuff.
I have the potential to lead my gang to reach 100% turf as i have previously co lead the Families turf team and my core goal is to do the same here i will make sure that in my leadership we dominate other gangs. We will not only lead the events and turf we will dominate it.
4. How would you improve roleplay within this organization and across the city?
I will enforce standards within my gang, ensuring all members be in character during gang activities and interactions with civilians , other gang's members and leo's and other officials.
Instead of just relying on gunfights in gang activities i would like immersive rp situations for both us as well as the other party involved like negotiations, demands or some backstory rather than shootouts.
Recruits will be thoroughly tested on gang etiquette, radio communication, and proper RP commands before being allowed to participate in any high stake events making sure a proper decorum is maintained within the gang and all rules are being followed.
5. What are your goals for this organization during your leadership term?
With me as a Leader one of my primary operational goals is to secure 100% turf control for The Families and dominate gang events like gang business war, warfare supply drop etc
I aim to ensure The Families are active across all time zones so that members always have events and activities to join, keeping our turf active and defended.
I also want to ensure a respectful environment where members support each other and avoid internal conflicts and set an example for the rest of the gangs as well.
6. What events or activities would you organize to increase roleplay and player engagement?
We will schedule regular daily operations including organized highway robberies, store robberies, bank trucks, and ghetto patrols to keep gang members constantly engaged and active in the city.
To increase overall player engagement outside of gang we would host global events for other players to participate and have a fun time as well as earn rewards. The events can range from LMS , street races etc
To keep gang members motivated to attend events we will ensure that active members will get rewarded with bonuses , promotions and maybe other special rewards aswell.
