1) I'm currently the Families Org Deputy, so I already have experience within the organization. I want to take the next step, handle more responsibilities, and help Families improve.2) I want to keep Families active and make sure members actually participate in gang activities instead of just joining for ranks or rewards.

3. What makes you the best candidate for this position?
I believe my experience as the Families Org Deputy gives me an advantage because I already understand how the organization works. I can communicate with members, handle responsibilities, and help keep things organized. I also have members willing to play with me, and I'm ready to put in the time needed to lead Families properly.4. How would you improve roleplay within this organization and across the city?
