Additional Information
1.Which organization are you applying to lead?
SANG2. Why do you want to become the leader of this organization? (Please provide at least three reasons)
2.1) When I came to the city, my first ever organization was NG. This organization gave me a really good start and I have many memories with this organization and I planed that one day I will become general. And I think it’s my chance to show that I can be general and show the city power of the military.2.2) NG has a big role in the city, ammo runs, base security, backup during raids and events, but a lot of people treat it like a boring side org compared to SAPF, GOV or FIB. I want to change that by making sure the org is active, organized, and actually fun to be part of, not just a place people join to wait around. If I get this position I want NG to be a place people are proud to say they're part of, not just somewhere to kill time.
2.3) I want to become the SANG Leader because I believe I can use my previous leadership from annother city experience to build an active, disciplined and well-organised National Guard. I know that being a Leader is not simply about having the highest rank. It comes with the responsibility of managing the organization, supporting your soldiers, making difficult decisions and setting an example for everyone below you.
3. What makes you the best candidate for this position?
3.1) I think that I should be the leader of SANG cuz I have many experience from other city as a leader so I think I can use that skills here to improve the organizations. My time under SAPF have learned me how the state works in this city and I think now I can all the rules so that’s why I will be a good general.4. How would you improve roleplay within this organization and across the city? (Please provide at least three ideas)
4.1) New soldiers need real training before they touch a gun or go on gate duty, not just thrown a PDA and told good luck. Basic stuff like radio codes, gate protocol, what to do during martial law, needs to actually be taught properly.4.2) High command needs to show up and be seen, not just type in chat once a day. If I'm leading this, I'll be at the base, doing gate duty myself sometimes, checking on drills,
4.3j Promotions should be based on who's actually active and doing their job right, not who's friends with who. I want soldiers to trust that if they put in the work they'll get recognized for it.
