"Dear Admin Team,
I am writing this to appeal the jail time/punishment given to me for Combat Logging. There has been a major misunderstanding regarding the incident.
While I was driving my car, two gang members approached me. In the server instance/POV reviewed by the admin, it is clearly heard that these players were saying 'Pull over, pull over' via their Discord voice channel, not through the in-game microphone. Because they were engaging in Meta-Gaming / Discord Voice Abuse, no audio or roleplay commands reached my game client.
To me, it looked like a normal situation with no active roleplay happening. Since I didn't hear anything and assumed my game was experiencing an audio glitch, I exited the game (backed out). I had absolutely no intention to Combat Log or escape a roleplay scenario.
The other party clearly violated server rules by using Out-Of-Character (OOC) communication (Discord) to execute an In-Character (IC) action. Since their Meta-Gaming caused this entire confusion, I request you to kindly review the logs/POV again and remove my jail sentence. Thank you."
