Additional Information
1. Which organization are you applying to lead?
I am applying for the position of EMS Leader in Libra Roleplay.2. Why do you want to become the leader of this organization?
There are three main reasons why I want to lead EMS.First, I want to improve medical roleplay across the city. EMS plays an important role in keeping the city active and realistic. I want every emergency response to feel meaningful and give both medics and other players a good roleplay experience.
Second, I want to build a reliable and professional team. I want to bring together active members who understand teamwork, communicate properly, and take their responsibilities seriously. Every member should feel that they are part of a team rather than just holding a rank.
Third, I want to help new members grow. I would focus on training recruits, helping them understand medical roleplay, and giving them opportunities to improve their skills and take on greater responsibilities.
For me, being EMS Chief is not just about having authority. It is about being available when the team needs support, making fair decisions, and leading by example.
3. What makes you the best candidate for this position?
I believe I would be a good candidate because I understand that leadership requires patience, responsibility, consistency, and teamwork. I would do my best to remain active, communicate clearly with my members, and handle disagreements professionally.I would treat everyone fairly regardless of their rank or experience. Instead of focusing only on recruitment numbers, I would focus on member activity, proper training, and the quality of roleplay we provide. I am also willing to listen to feedback, learn from mistakes, and improve the department whenever necessary.
My goal would be to earn the respect of the EMS team through my actions and decisions, not simply because of my position.
4. How would you improve roleplay within this organization and across the city?
I have several ideas that I would implement to improve EMS roleplay:- Regular training sessions: I would organize training for recruits and existing members covering emergency response, patient treatment roleplay, communication, and proper procedures.
- Realistic emergency responses: I would encourage medics to take time with patient assessments, treatment, transportation, and hospital roleplay instead of rushing through every situation.
- Cooperation with other organizations: I would build good relationships with the police, sheriff, and other departments to organize accident responses, large-scale emergencies, and coordinated rescue scenarios.
- Fair internal management: I would establish clear expectations for activity, professionalism, promotions, and disciplinary matters so everyone understands what is expected of them.
- Better public interaction: I would encourage EMS members to interact with civilians through medical checkups, health awareness activities, and community events that create roleplay beyond emergencies.
5. What are your goals for this organization during your leadership term?
My main goal is to make EMS one of the most active, organized, and respected organizations in Libra Roleplay.I want to maintain a dependable team, improve the quality of medical roleplay, provide consistent training, and create a positive environment where members can learn and progress. I would also work to ensure that ranks and promotions are earned through activity, performance, and responsibility rather than favoritism.
Another important goal is to maintain strong cooperation with other organizations and ensure EMS is ready to respond when the city needs medical assistance. By the end of my term, I want the department to be recognized for its professionalism, teamwork, and contribution to the community.
6. What events or activities would you organize to increase roleplay and player engagement?
I would organize activities that keep EMS members involved while giving other players more opportunities for interaction.- Weekly medical training: Practical training scenarios to help members improve their response and patient-care roleplay.
- Mass-casualty simulations: Coordinated scenarios involving multiple injured patients, requiring teamwork and proper resource management.
- Road accident response drills: Joint activities with law enforcement to practice realistic accident scenes and emergency coordination.
- Community health days: Free medical checkups and health awareness roleplay for civilians around the city.
- Recruitment and orientation days: Events where interested players can learn about EMS, meet department members, and understand the recruitment process.
- Department meetings and recognition: Regular meetings to discuss improvements, hear member feedback, and recognize dedicated medics.
- Joint city events: Collaborations with other organizations during public gatherings, major incidents, or special community scenarios.
Final Statement
If selected as EMS Chief, I will do my best to lead with fairness, remain approachable to my members, and take responsibility for the department's performance. I understand that a strong organization is built through teamwork, not one person's efforts alone.
My aim is to build an EMS department that the city can rely on, where members feel valued, and where every emergency becomes an opportunity for quality roleplay. I am ready to put in the effort, learn from feedback, and work toward making EMS a stronger part of Libra Roleplay.
