Dear Admin Team,
I would like to file a formal complaint regarding the actions of Government, SANG, and FIB during a 24/7 store robbery. I kindly request a thorough and impartial review of this incident.
Incident Description
During the 24/7 store robbery, we had two hostages. We demanded $50,000 per hostage, along with free passage to leave the location safely.
The authorities agreed to our demands, paid the requested amount, and granted us 30 seconds of free passage.
However, when we started leaving in our vehicle, only approximately 5–8 seconds had passed before the LEOs started shooting at us.
Furthermore, the officers blocked the road with their vehicles, making it difficult for us to leave the area.
The LEOs also shot out our vehicle's tires and deployed spike strips on the road while we were attempting to leave. These actions made it extremely difficult for us to escape, even though we had already received an agreement for 30 seconds of free passage.
My main concern is that the authorities began shooting and obstructing our escape before the agreed free-passage period had expired.
Relevant Rules for Review

This rule prohibits actions that hurt roleplay or are considered improbable. I request the Admin Team to investigate whether the officers' actions were consistent with the situation and the agreed free passage.
Rule 6.5 – Unrealistic Behaviour
I request the Admin Team to determine whether the officers' actions negatively affected the roleplay situation or violated this rule.
State Rules
I also request a review of the involved state organizations' conduct to determine whether their actions complied with the applicable server rules.
I understand that the provided rules do not explicitly prohibit every action taken during a robbery. Therefore, I ask the Admin Team to review the complete situation and identify any applicable rule violations.
Previous Incidents
This is not the first time we have experienced similar situations during store robberies and bank heists. We have encountered comparable responses on previous occasions.
