And regarding using Vagos car, I was in ghetto clapping people as a vagos gang member, My friend called me IC on the phone and told me you were next to Ghetto according to his GPS co ordinates displayed. Its a fight or flight response to rush immediately to help my guy out...

First of all, this was not RDM. You were actively stealing our vehicle, and we received a notification that our vehicle was being stolen. We had a valid RP reason to defend our property and stop the theft.

A very similar situation was already reviewed by Junior Administrator Hasan Hill, who clearly stated that when someone is stealing your vehicle, the owner has the right to defend it. That complaint was rejected because there was an active RP situation and a valid reason for the shooting.

how is everyone stealing ur car, there was only one guy, and even though he was stealing, it doesn't give u right to just start shooting everyone. i was having dinner which is why i was just sitting in the back seat of the car.
