Rejected Shooting outside of the danger zone without giving me demand

I was going outside from the city when a guy hit me with a car, so I told him if he was blind or not, and then he behaved rudely. Then I followed him to tell him to behave gently, and he suddenly came out of his car and started shooting at my car's tire without giving me a demand
