1. Which organization are you applying to lead? East Side Ballas
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
i). I want to get Ballas leadership because in the past term the Ballas gang was not very active I want to become the leader and make the OG Ballas gang active again in the city and show the real power of Ballas East Side Ballas is one of the best gangs and when I came to the city it was my dream to join Ballas If I get the term I can easily handle everything and make the Ballas gang very active again like it was before
ii). I have a lot of experience in gangs and how to manage an organization properly If I get the term I will do my best to make it the best term ever and finish it with the minimum number of warnings
iii). The gang is inactive most of the time but I will try my best to make everything active again I will try to attend all events and make the gang more dangerous and powerful I will recruit only knowledgeable and experienced players into the gang and if someone is new we will teach them all the rules properly I will also try to prevent any toxicity and maintain a good environment within the gang I stay in the city most of the time so I can manage everything effectively and ensure that the gang remains active
3. What makes you the best candidate for this position?
I will make my gang active and different do a different rp situation I see mostly gang don't do turf or other event so we do it properly
4. How would you improve roleplay within this organization and across the city?

4.1 The gang is inactive most of the time but I will try my best to make everything active again
4.2 I teach every new player who come in my gang teach him all the server rules and I always try to help everyone and discuss his all problem and solve all the issues
4.3 I've noticed that many gangs are not concerned with the role playing side but are only concerned with making money while the most important thing is to play the rp without breaking the rules that's with doing too much hostages situations
5. What are your goals for this organization during your leadership term?
Making my gang so much active
Giving bonus time to time
Making the gang respectful and powerful
maximum turf
max store rob in a week
I will make my friednship good with ballas members
And make my gang dangerous and respectful gang
6. What events or activities would you organize to increase roleplay and player engagement?
We attend maximum events and do 100% and also attend all event and the main event data breach we do with mad members or try to clap all Leos so like this we increase role play and other guys attract and they want to come ballas gang
